Things to know about your Posh Party

How it works

  1. Submit a booking request at least 7 days to prior. We hope to get back to you within in 24 hours.

  2. We will send you an event plan so you know exactly what's included. Here you will have the opportunity to choose your venue and customise your set up, menu and styling. 

  3. Once we have tailored your event plan and you have approved it, you pay a deposit. 

  4. 10 days prior to the event you confirm numbers ,dietaries and pay the final payment.  

  5. We then prepare, pack, set up and style your party. 

  6. Arrive and enjoy your Posh Party!

  7. At the end of your booking, we will come back and pack it all up for you. Totally fuss free! 

Bookings 

  • A lot goes into planning your picnic, so please book 7 days in advance. 

Venue

We can set up in homes, hired venues and parks.
We have collated a list of parks and venues on the following pages, though we are not limited to these locations. If you have a particular venue or location in mind, please let us know and we can make enquiries for you.

Numbers

The more the merrier! Our standard maximum is 60 people but please contact us to arrange a larger group.

 

Dietary requirements

Our parties can be modified to suit most dietary requirements. Let us know when you make the booking and we will do our best to cater to your requirements. 

Cancellations

A lot goes into planning and preparing your party, but we understand sometimes things change. We're happy to reschedule or credit your booking with 7 days notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a credit or rescheduling. If  government restrictions impact your event, we will work with you to reschedule or credit your booking, with no additional charge.
