A few of our favourite, sugar free, but very tasty, cocktails.

Perfect Paloma
Makes: One Jug (4 serves)
INGREDIENTS
Four shots of good quality blanco tequila
The juice of four ruby grapefruits
400ml of sparkling mineral water
The juice of two lines fresh lime
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare a jug half filled with ice.
Add grapefruit juice, lime juice and tequila.
Top up with sparkling mineral water.
You can dress the rims of the glasses with lime and salt, and garnish with a circle of lime for extra pizazz.

Muddled Magic
Makes: One Jug (4 serves)
INGREDIENTS
One punnet of strawberries
The juice of four lemons
Four shots of good quality vodka
400ml of sparkling mineral water
Mint to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Take a jug and add the hulled strawberries and use a muddling stick or spoon to squish the strawberries.
Add lemon juice and ice, then stir.
Top up with soda water.
Bruise the mint and add as a garnish.

Whisky Sour Soda
Makes: One Jug (4 serves)
INGREDIENTS
Four shots of American Bourbon Whiskey
The juice of five lemons
400ml of sparkling mineral water
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare a jug half filled with ice.
Add whisky and lemon juice, then stir.
Top up with sparkling mineral water.
You can sprinkle a few drops of bitters on top to make it look a little fancy.
