Order Confirmation via Email
Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please ensure your delivery details are correct.


For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $10 for repacking and postage.

If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

Product Availability

All our styles advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will let you know and you can choose to wait until stock arrives or receive a refund or exchange.

Please be mindful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. We carry a range of wooden products, that will vary in colour, size and form. If you are concerned about colour, size or form, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

We only offer exchanges on "change of mind" goods, if the item has been unopened, unused and in their original packaging at the shipping cost of the purchaser.

We are not liable for the loss of an item being returned and recommend that you return it using registered mail.


We do not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind and sale items. We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate style is unavailable for exchange. 

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

Sale items and samples are not returnable or refundable.

Please note that Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Please ensure all details are correct as once an order is placed no changes or cancellations can be made. 


Faulty Items
All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product be faulty we will replace the goods. You have up to thirty (30) days, from the date your order arrives, to contact us about an issue with your purchase along with a photo of the fault.
