Shipping and Billing
We ship to all addresses (incl. PO boxes) within the Australia, via Australia Post. For orders placed prior to 5pm, we will do our best to dispatch the next business day. Although, during busy periods, dispatch can occur up to two business days after the order is placed.
Once items have been dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the customers’ responsibility to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
Once your order has been dispatched, your address cannot be amended. Please enter your shipping address correctly at the checkout, or you may be charged the appropriate shipping costs to resend your purchase.
If the product was marked with 'pre-order' at the time of purchase, your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking info once your items have been dispatched.
Items will only be shipped during the business week (Monday to Friday)

Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please ensure your delivery details are correct.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $10 for repacking and postage.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.
All our styles advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will let you know and you can choose to wait until stock arrives or receive a refund or exchange.

All orders that contain 'pre order' and 'in stock' items will be sent once all items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you will need to place a separate order, as shipping costs must to be covered. Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed.
